UltraTile ProGrout Flowable is a high-performance, polymer-enhanced flowable tile grout designed for use with outdoor tiles. Before Grouting
Ensure that the tile adhesive is completely set and that the tiles are firmly fixed. All joints should be free from excess adhesive, dust, grease or any other contaminants. Ensure all open-ended joints (such as steps) are plugged to prevent grout from flowing out.

Mixing
Ultra Tile Pro Grout Flowable should be added slowly to 2.7 litres of clean water in a suitable mixing bucket. Mix until a smooth consistency is achieved, leave to stand for 2 minutes then remix. Only mix the amount that can be used in a 30-45-minute period, and don't re-wet or add too much water. This will cause a weakening of the grout and in certain cases, this may also lead to discolouration in the form of efflorescence.

Applying The Grout
The grout should be applied to the surface using a rubber-backed trowel or squeegee. Work the mixed material thoroughly into the joints a small area at a time. After at least 40* to 50* minutes, any residue left on the face of the tiles should be removed by using a washboy or pedalo. Any dry film remaining once the job is complete can be polished off the face of the tiles with a soft dry cloth. Finishing the grout when is not yet firm to the touch, may lead to the grout being pulled out of the joints being and / or potential colour variation.
