Delivery
Yes, we offer free delivery to the majority of the UK on orders over £499. For express delivery, orders under £499 and delivery to Highlands & Islands, please just add the items you're interested in to your cart along with your postcode and we'll show you all the available delivery options.
We hold huge stocks in our 20,000 sq ft warehouse and can offer delivery on most items as quickly as the next day. We understand that you need to know when your tiles will be delivered so please just add your products to the cart where you can choose your delivery date from the options available.
Most tile orders arrive carefully wrapped on a wooden pallet. To ensure your tiles reach you in perfect condition, our courier will deliver the pallet to a kerbside location. Please keep in mind that the pallet truck isn't able to move the pallet over grass, gravel, or up steps.
Because tiles are heavy, they are transported on their edges - much like glass - to protect them and prevent any breakages along the way. Since your driver won't be able to unpack the pallet or move items inside, we kindly recommend having two people available on your chosen delivery day to unpack and carry the tiles safely indoors. Samples
Sample tiles are normally dispatched within 1 working day on a next day delivery service with DPD. Once your sample tile has been labeled and carefully packaged, we'll send you the tracking details.
Ordering & returns
That's a great question! We normally recommend around 10% for wastage when cutting. For smaller areas such as bathroom floors, to achieve large balanced cuts along each edge (avoiding unsightly small strips), the wastage can be substantially more. In these scenarios we'd advise to sketch out a rough plan of how many tiles fit along the length & width of the area, or just give us a call on 01633 875003 and we can handle that for you.
For stocked products purchased from our showroom, full boxes can be returned for a refund within 14 days. We always recommend keeping a few tiles for spares in the future.
For orders placed online, complete orders can be returned within 30 days. Please note our transport providers don't offer a collection service so we always recommend ordering a sample to check the colour and style prior to purchase. Please find full details on our Returns Info Page.
